WHO IS THIS Rynn FLOORS, ANYWAY?
I'm a hardworking, ever-inspired artist, with many, many, many passions. Ever since I was little kid, I would be creating stories, movies, even whole TV shows in my head! While other kids would be out playing ball, I was in my backyard, playing out my own movies I had created in my head.
I started to actually write creatively when I was 10, with a short story I gave to my teacher about 2 brothers and a giant Cheerio. To be clear: my writing has drastically improved since then. I even joined a travelling theatre in high-school and wrote two plays that I got to perform in to big crowds!
I've been creating logos and movie posters ever since my Comm-Tech class in Freshman year of high-school. I'm happy to tell that I am obsessed with graphic design. It's best when I can combine my interests and create a logo for a short film I wrote.
I recently started getting into Music Production. Admittedly, I can't play any instruments, but what I do use is my voice and mind, with the help of a little sound editing software. I'm able to manipulate and produce beats and melodies, and create full-fledged songs!
Of course, I can't forget about my Filmmaking experience. I enrolled in a 3 Year Film Production program at Niagara College where I got hands-on experience with camera and sound equipment, and learned how to make a film effectively on set. I even managed to write and direct the final year film!

THE BULL IS BLIND
My final thesis film in my Film Production course, this 15 minute short film was both written and directed by me, with my fellow classmates as the crew.
The Bull Is Blind tells the story of a young priest with a deep-kept secret, who is torn between his faith and his family when his little brother kills himself.
RECIPE
FOR A POLICEMAN
Based on the anonymous poem by the same name, Recipe For A Policeman is a short adaptation that tackles police brutatlity and systematic violence. Made in early 2020, I directed and edited the film, as well as the sound production.
JUST
A LITTLE LONELY
Written and shot in my first year of college, Just A Little Lonely was my final silent film project that I collaborated on with a few other students. The film tells the short story of two people that want to reconnect, but can't work up the courage to make the first move.
